At True Voice Psychotherapy, based in Toronto, I provide virtual therapy to adults across Ontario. Through psychodynamic and relational therapy, I help clients connect with the meaning behind their experiences.

Everything that happens in our lives calls to be understood, integrated, and woven into our personal story. Sometimes, this awareness sits at the edge of consciousness and can be difficult to access alone.

In therapy, we create space to explore these hidden parts of experience, supporting healing from anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, ADHD, autism, neurodivergence, low self-worth, family estrangement, codependency, and relationship difficulties, while helping you move toward greater wholeness, balance, and self-understanding.

Sometimes, all we have is a whisper, a small voice inside that says no, something isn't right. We might try to silence it, hoping it will fade away. However, it persists through anxious feelings, depression, or confusing acting-out behaviors that leave our lives in limbo. I work with individuals navigating trauma, substance abuse, and 12-step recovery, as well as the impacts of borderline personality disorder, immigration, intergenerational trauma, abusive relationships, and healing from codependency. I have a particular interest in supporting people pleasers, perfectionists, and those working toward greater independence.
